The Actual Fix is run by one person. Email reaches them directly and is answered personally. There is no ticket system, no chatbot, and no contact form to fill in.

What to email about
A guide is not working on your setup. This is the message I most want to receive. Tell me what you did, what happened instead, and what hardware you are on. I will either work it out with you or refund you, and if the guide was wrong I will fix it and send you the corrected version.
You did not get your download. Check your spam folder first, then email me and I will send the file directly.
You want a refund. Say so, with the address you bought with. You do not need a reason. See the refund policy.
You bought a guide and want the latest version. Guides get corrected when something is found to be wrong. Email me and I will send you the current one at no cost.
You want to tell me something is wrong in a guide. Please do, even if you are not asking for anything. Corrections make the guide better for everyone who comes after you.
What is sold here
Written technical guides, delivered as PDF files, purchased and downloaded through Payhip.
Each one solves one specific problem end to end. They contain ordered steps, annotated screenshots taken from the real software, and specific settings given as values rather than as options. They are not video courses, not subscriptions, and not software. They are documents you download and keep.
Prices are shown on each guide's page and at checkout before you pay. Some guides are free. Everything is written in English and applies to Windows unless a guide says otherwise.
Delivery
