What this site collects, which is nothing, and what Payhip collects when you buy

What this website collects
Nothing.
There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, no session cookies, no embedded fonts, no third party scripts, and no external requests of any kind. Every page here is fully self contained.
You do not have to take that on trust. View the page source and check.
Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to opt out of, nothing to consent to, and no cookie banner to click through.
What happens when you buy or download
Purchases and downloads are handled by Payhip, a separate company. When you buy or download something you are transacting with them, and their privacy policy governs that.
Payhip receives: your email address, and for paid orders your payment details and billing country. That is necessary to deliver your file, issue a receipt, and calculate tax.
Card details never touch this site. They are entered on Payhip's systems and processed by PayPal or Stripe. I never see, store, or have access to your card number.
What I receive
For each order I see your email address and the country used for tax. That is all.
What it is used for: delivering your file, answering your messages, and occasionally telling existing customers when a new guide is out.
What it is never used for: I do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone. There is no advertising network, no data broker, and no third party mailing list.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept while the store exists, because refunds, tax, and support all require them.
Your rights
Ask, and it is done. [email protected]
- See what I hold on you. I will send it.
- Have it deleted. I will delete it.
- Have it corrected. Tell me what is wrong.
- Stop hearing from me. Say so, or use the unsubscribe link.
No form, no process, no verification hoops. One email.
If you are in the UK or EU, these are your rights under UK GDPR and GDPR respectively, and this policy is written to honour them regardless of where you live.
Children
Nothing here is directed at children and no age related data is collected.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
