Fourteen days, no questions asked
The policy
You can request a refund within fourteen days of purchase, for any reason or no reason.
Email [email protected] with the address you bought with. You do not need to explain yourself and you do not need to justify the request.
If you would rather tell me what broke, please do. A buyer explaining exactly where a guide failed on their setup is worth more to me than the sale, because it fixes the guide for everyone who comes after.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Payhip, the platform that processed your order. They normally appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
You keep the file. I am not going to chase you for a PDF.
Digital goods and your statutory rights
These are downloadable files. In some jurisdictions the usual right to cancel a digital purchase ends the moment the download begins.
This policy deliberately gives you more than that. Fourteen days regardless of whether you have downloaded and read the guide. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have.
Free guides
Some guides cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If one of them does not work for you, email me anyway. I would still rather know.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email me first. I will refund you faster than a chargeback will, and without either of us paying a dispute fee.
